OTHER FEES
- Handling fee applies to all purchases. (Handling fee = 5% of the total)
- If you would like an item taken apart for shipping purposes...a $25 handling fee applies.
- If you would like a package to be shipped in a certain way....handling fees will be added to cover the cost of packaging material used.
- A Handling Fee of $25 is added to the total when shipped by Freight truck to USA and Canada..
- A Handling Fee of $100+ is added to the total when item is shipped overseas via Ocean Freight..Depends on Wood Crate = Price upon dimensions (Over 130 Lbs)
- If you would like to cancel your purchase, there is a charge of $25 or 10% of the final bid...whichever is higher.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping, insurance, handling, duty, brokerage fees and government taxes.All fee's become the buyers total responsibility.
For serious buyer's only, if you are not willing to pay don't bid.
We always try to find the least expensive method of shipment. We ship via Canada Post Expedited Mail or UPS Standard most of the time but if you prefer a different way, let us know.
When shipped by Postal Mail, please allow 6 to 8 weeks delivery time for international shipment and 2 to 3 weeks delivery time for shipment to USA.
United States customs require US companies to provide a IRS number or Federal tax ID number...Private parties may be required to supply social security number.
Shipping Fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable (unless otherwise negotiated).
We do not ship COD.
Delays in shipping may occur during holiday seasons. Canadian holidays are applicable.

All sales are considered final.
Sales tax will be charged to all Canadian Residents (GST 5%) ,Quebec Residents (GST 5% and TVQ 7.5%), Maritime Residents (15%)
(Ebay Purchases)If Payment is not received within 7 days, a NPB (Non Paying Bidder) warning will be sent to ebay...If payment is not received within 7 days after a Non-Paying bidding Warning, negative feedback will be posted. We then ask for a partial credit from Ebay and cancel the sale.
Here at Surplus 2D, our staff is professionally trained to research our inventory to the best of their abilities. We are not experts on all the equipment sold since we sell a large variety of equipment such as lab, test, industrial, electronic, military, communication and more...
If an item is stated as being 'tested', it means that we tested it to the best of our knowledge, all functions might not have been completely tested. Therefore, it is being sold as is.
We sell used equipment, REMEMBER, YOU ARE BUYING ITEMS SOLD AS IS unless otherwise specified.
Personal and company checks are held for 14 business days.
Customers paying with cash, we accept by registered mail only.
Buyers are welcome to visit our warehouse facility and pick up their purchases if they happen to be in the area.
